I live in the middle of the Beautiful Okanagan Valley (see the yellow star on the map) and my inspection coverage area includes all these areas shown, everyplace in between and a few places beyond.

My clients are represented from virtually all of the Canadian provinces, USA, Bermuda, Peru, England, China, Italy, Australia and Mexico.

Besides basic residential houses, mobiles and condo’s, I have also inspected or prepared technical or expert testimony reports on farm buildings, log cabins, apartment buildings, commercial buildings, campgrounds, warehouses, garages, barns, underground structures, churches and their steeples, restaurants and even an old schoolhouse.

My technical reports have been used for purchase investigations & insurance and legal evidence in court related proceedings. Topics have included: window installations, EIFS siding, vinyl siding, humidity problems, concrete roofing installation, construction damage, new home deficiencies, as well reports regarding water and air infiltration, basement leaks, settlement concerns and pests.

Formally nicknamed the “Silver Bullet”, and recently replaced with “White Lightening” my little car and I cover all four major valleys in the interior (about 430,000 km and counting), and I don’t remember ever turning down a weekend inspection.
